The Inspection
We come to you and walk every slope, every valley, every flashing joint, every ridge. We document what we find with photos and measurements — not a sales pitch. You get a written inspection report with photos whether you hire us or not.
The Diagnosis
We tell you what we found, what matters, and what doesn't. If a repair will give you another five years, we'll tell you. If replacement is the honest answer, we'll explain why and walk you through the options — shingle grade, warranty tier, and total cost — before you commit to anything.
The Written Estimate
You get a detailed written estimate with line-item pricing. Materials, labor, disposal, permits, warranty tier — every cost is itemized. The price we quote is the price you pay. No change orders sprung on you mid-install.
The Install
Your project gets a dedicated foreman. Our crews are employees, not subcontractors. Most residential replacements are done in 1-2 days. We protect your landscaping, we clean up every nail, and we walk the finished roof with you before we leave.
The Warranty
Every install comes with our 10-year workmanship warranty plus the full manufacturer warranty on materials — often 30 or 50 years depending on the shingle grade you chose. Your warranty is registered and documented, and we're still here if you ever need us.
